Credit cards

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron credit cards, supporting the card at Paypal. See details in the Paypal paragraph.

Paypal

We accept payments via Paypal, both for registered users at Paypal and for users who do not wish to register with Paypal. For the latter, in the payments section during the purchase is available the "Paypal Cassa Veloce", which allows you to use your card by placing it on the Paypal circuit without the need for registration.
Attention: the orders paid via Paypal can not enjoy the direct withdrawal, as for security reasons Paypal requires shipping with a tracking number.

Bank transfer

We also accept payments by bank transfer. When ordering, you can choose the option "bank transfer", and in the order summary that is sent to you by email you will find the IBAN to prepare the bank transfer.

Ordinary Postal Order - Italy only

We accept payments via Ordinary postal order (no money orders, no online money order).

Terms and conditions

Cancellation of orders

Once the order is placed, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail that you have registered. If within 10 working days we do not receive the payment, we will proceed to cancel the order.
If you have placed the order, have paid and still want to cancel the order before the expiry of the terms for shipping, please send an email request to ordini@terraditoscanastore.com motivating your request and indicating your number order. Attention: in this case we apply a fixed contribution of € 15 to cover administrative and management expenses. We will then proceed to refund the amount paid by refunding the amount according to the payment method (example: if you pay with Paypal, you will receive the credit via Paypal, and so on).

Returns

The relevant legislation is Legislative Decree 206/05, which establishes that the Customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 10 working days from delivery (the delivery date is valid reported on the courier's waybill). The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline by sending a registered letter with return receipt and all the goods purchased to the following address: FBC Srl - Via degli Artigiani, 13 Lastra a Signa 50055 (Fi).
The communication can also be anticipated by e-mail, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.
In case of applicability of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return at his own expense all the items as they are received and that is absolutely new, unused, complete with all their parts and in original packaging (envelopes and packaging).
Persons not classifiable as consumers are excluded from the legislative decree, ie those who place an order by indicating the VAT number for the invoice.
Please read the conditions below. If the conditions are not met, FBC Srl reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal or to apply a penalty of at least 15% of the value of the goods.

Conditions to access the withdrawal

All the material that will be returned must be new, not used, in the original packaging, and must be accompanied by all the accessories included in the package, including manuals, CDs, and any warranty cards and / or serial number of the product.
The shipment is the responsibility of the sender, who must take care to send the product in a suitable packaging, with the necessary protections for the products contained in order to avoid breakages due to transport. We also suggest that you ship the goods with insurance. In case of insufficient packaging and damage deriving from uninsured transport, FBC Srl reserves the right to have the damage assessed by a special assistance center and to cancel the sum from the reimbursement.
FBC Srl is not responsible for personal data and / or objects left inside the packaging of the returned product.
Furthermore, FBC Srl is not responsible for damages deriving from improper use of the product, or for consequential or incidental damages deriving from the sale of material purchased from us.

Supplier withdrawal

If the FBC Srl is unable to fulfill the requested order due to the temporary unavailability of the ordered product, it has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of ordering, providing the customer with a simple motivated communication, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/05. In this case, the customer will be entitled exclusively to the refund of any sum already paid.

Warranty and repairs

The products sold are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty of one (1) year. For end consumers only, the products are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months for conformity defects, pursuant to art. 128 ss. d.lgs. n. 206/2005. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described by the manufacturer himself. The 24-month warranty applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly and respecting its intended use and how much provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved to the private consumer. In case of lack of conformity, the seller provides for the restoration of the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract.If, following intervention by a Authorized Service Center, the defect should not be a lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by authorized assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by the seller. The timing of replacement or possible repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer. In the event that, for any reason, it is not able to give its customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), the seller can proceed at his own discretion to return the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product of features equal or higher. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...). For this purpose, the Customer must request to FBC Srl the authorization number to return the product. In case of return authorization, the shipment of defective goods will be charged to the customer, while the return of the repaired or replaced goods will be carried out by the FBC Srl. In the event that the goods returned in warranty were fully functional, FBC Srl will return the same to the customer. If the repair of the product is not covered by warranty, FBC Srl will inform the customer of the amount of the estimate. In the event that the customer renounces the repair will be charged the cost of € 35 requested by the service center for the control of the product. The warranty covers only the repair or replacement of items unusable or inefficient for manufacturing or production defects found in the assistance center authorized by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover glass parts, lamps, body shops; batteries, accumulators; consumables such as tapes, ink cartridges, toner cartridges; maintenance and calibration. The warranty is not valid if the appliance has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel, if the faults have been caused by negligence or misuse of the purchaser, willfuldo, transport, shock, falls, humidity, leakage of liquid batteries, use of consumables that do not comply with the specifications of the manufacturer of the appliance or other causes not due to manufacturing or manufacturing defects. FBC Srl can never, under any circumstances, be burdened with charges or damages deriving from any interruptions in the operation of the devices subject to the guarantee. The defective equipment must be sent, with the authorization (RMA) of FBC Srl, with a copy of the warranty certificate (receipt or invoice issued at the time of shipment of the product purchased), charged to the customer at the following address: FBC Srl - Via degli Artigiani, 13 Lastra a Signa 50055 (Fi). The repair times of the official service centers of most of the manufacturers are around 45 days. The FBC Srl will never, in any case, be burdened with charges or damages deriving from any delay in the repair due to third parties. VAT and subsidiesOur products are all subject to VAT 22%, and our prices are normally indicated as VAT included. - Italian VAT numberWe can issue a regular sales invoice with VAT on display for those who request it. The request must be sent by e-mail or notified when ordering online indicating all the necessary data (header, complete address, VAT number) .- facilitated VATThe people who have the right to request the application of the reduced VAT to 4% they must provide the appropriate documentation.
