We accept payment by credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, by placing the card on the Paypal circuit. See details in paragraph Paypal.
We accept payments via Paypal, both for users registered with Paypal and for users who do not wish to register with Paypal. For the latter, in the payment section during the purchase is available the "Paypal Cassa Veloce" button, which allows you to use your card leaning on the Paypal circuit without the need for registration.
Please note: Orders paid via Paypal cannot be collected directly, as for security reasons Paypal requires shipment with a tracking number.
We also accept payments by bank transfer. At the time of the order, you can choose the option "bank transfer" and in the summary of the order that is sent to you via email you will find the IBAN to arrange the transfer.
We ship throughout Italy and Europe by express courier.
We normally ship within 5/7 working days of receiving payment on our account. In exceptional cases, shipments will take 15-20 working days, but we will inform you about it.
Our shipping and packing costs will be calculated automatically at the end of the order based on weight, destination and amount. Only in Italy, for orders over €350.00 the cost of shipping is free, even if it consists of several packages.
It is possible to insure the shipment with additional cost. During the purchase, you will be asked to choose the type of shipment you prefer.
Please note: We are not liable for any damage arising from transport on uninsured shipments.

For foreign shipments the only way to insure the shipment is contact us and we let you know the extra price.
In Italy, the courier usually delivers in 24/48 hours. For particular areas and islands times may vary.

We always send an email at the time of shipment, with the summary of the address to which we sent and the tracking number to follow the shipment.
If the courier does not find anyone at his passage for delivery, he will leave a notice of attempted delivery. In this case, the so-called stock opens.
We will send you an email to notify you of non-delivery, and you will have 2 days to contact the branch of the courier to agree a new step (remember to always quote your tracking number).
In case the two days expire and you have not contacted the courier, the sum of € 15 will be required as a refund for living costs that we charge the courier for the management of the stock.
Damage resulting from transport
Upon receipt of the package, please check the neck carefully and sign for delivery. In case the package is not intact, it is essential to accept the package with reserve, checking immediately the contents in the presence of the courier.
In case of damage, due to transport, sign with the words 'With Specific Reserve', indicating exactly the type of damage present in the product (e.g. wet package, broken package, etc).
The reservation on receipt of the goods, which is the right of the recipient pursuant to Article 1698 C.C., cannot be drawn up in any form, but must have specific and specific content.
Please note: it will not be possible to obtain refunds for damages that have not been contested at the time of collection of the goods by affixing a "specific reserve", that is, by indicating exactly the type of damage present in the product, even in the case of insured shipment.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of orders
Once the order has been placed, we always send an order confirmation to the email you have registered. If we do not receive payment within 10 working days, we will automatically cancel the order. If you have placed your order, paid for it and still want to cancel your order before the shipping deadline has expired, please send a request email to the order firstname.lastname@example.org the reasons for your request and indicating your order number.
Please note: in this case we apply a fixed contribution of € 15 as reimbursement of administrative and management expenses. We will then proceed to the reimbursement of the amount paid by replaying the amount according to the method of payment
The reference law is D.Lgs. 206/05, which establishes that the Customer has the right to withdraw, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 10 working days from delivery (the date of delivery on the courier’s consignment note shall be deemed authentic).
The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline with the sending of a registered letter with receipt of return and all the goods purchased at the following address: FBC Srl - Via degli Artigiani, 13 Lastra a Signa 50055 (Fi).
The communication can also be anticipated by fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.
In case of applicability of the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to return at his own expense all items as they were received and that is absolutely new, unused, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages).
Are excluded from the legislative decree subjects not classifiable as consumers, ie who places an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice.
Please read the conditions below. If the conditions are not met, FBC Srl reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal or to apply a penalty of at least 15% of the value of the goods.
Conditions for access to the withdrawal
All the material that will be returned must be new, not used, in the original packaging, and must be accompanied by all the accessories included in the package, including manuals, Cds, and any postcards and/ or serial number of the product.
The shipment is charged to the sender, who must take care to send the product in a suitable packaging, with the necessary protections for the products contained in order to avoid breakage due to transport. We also suggest shipping the goods with insurance.
In case of insufficient packaging and damage resulting from the uninsured transport, FBC Srl reserves the right to have the damage assessed at a dedicated service center and to transfer the amount from the refund.
FBC Srl is not responsible for personal data and/ or objects left inside the packaging of the returned product.
In addition, FBC Srl is not liable for damages arising from the improper use of the product, or for consequential or incidental damages arising from the sale of material purchased from us.
Withdrawal of the Provider
FBC Srl, if it is found in the impossibility to fulfill the order requested because of the unavailability even temporary product ordered, has the right to withdraw from the sale agreement within 30 days from the date of the order providing the customer with a simple reasoned communication, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 2 D. Lgs.206/05. In this case the customer will be entitled exclusively to the refund of any amount already paid.
Warranty and repairs
The products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty of one (1) year. For final consumers only, the products are covered by the legal guarantee of 24 months for lack of conformity, pursuant to art. 128 sqq. d.lgs. n. 206/2005. The manufacturer’s conventional warranty is provided in the manner described by the manufacturer.
The 24-month warranty applies to a product with a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly and in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved to the private consumer.
In case of lack of conformity, the seller shall ensure the restoration of conformity of the product by repair/ replacement or reduction of the price, until termination of the contract.
If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by the seller.
The timing of replacement or eventual repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
In the event that, for any reason, it is not able to return to its customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced) the seller may, at its own discretion, return the full amount paid or replace it with a product of equal or greater characteristics.
In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...).
For this purpose, the Customer must request from FBC Srl the authorization number to return the product.
In case of authorization to return, the shipment of the defective goods will be charged to the customer, while the return of the repaired or replaced goods will be by FBC Srl.
In the event that the goods returned under warranty are fully functional, FBC Srl will send the same back to the customer. If the repair of the product does not fall under warranty FBC Srl will inform the customer the amount of the quote. In the event that the customer renounces the repair will be charged the cost of € 35 required by the service center for product control.
The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of unusable or inefficient articles due to manufacturing or production defects found in the service centre authorised by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover glass parts, lamps, bodywork; batteries, accumulators; consumables such as belts, ink cartridges, toner cartridges; maintenance and calibration.
The warranty is not valid if the device was tampered with by unauthorized personnel, if the failures were caused by negligence or misuse of the buyer, wilful intent, transport, impacts, falls, moisture, leakage of liquid batteries, use of consumables that do not comply with the specifications of the manufacturer of the appliance or other causes that are not dependent on manufacturing or production defects.
FBC Srl will never, in any case, be burdened with any charges or damages arising from any interruptions in the operation of the equipment subject to the warranty. The defective equipment must be sent, with authorization (RMA) of FBC Srl, with attached a copy of the warranty certificate (tax receipt or invoice issued at the time of shipment of the purchased product) , to be paid by the customer to the following address: FBC Srl - Via degli Artigiani, 13 Lastra a Signa 50055 (Fi).
The repair time of the official service centers of most of the manufacturers is around 45 days. FBC Srl will never, in any case, be burdened with any charges or damages arising from any delay in repair due to third parties.
Our products are all subject to VAT 22%, and our prices are normally referred to as VAT included.
- Italian VAT number We can issue regular sales invoice with VAT displayed for those who request it. The request must be sent by email or notified at the time of the online order indicating all the necessary data (header, full address, VAT number).
- Preferential VAT Persons who have the right to request the application of 4% VAT shall provide the appropriate documentation. Please write to email@example.com for more details.
