• Shipments will be made within 5 working days from receipt of order confirmation. The shipment will be carried out in "PORTO FRANCO" (shipment sent to our partner courier) or "FRANCO FABBRICA" (pick up at the warehouse by the customer or a courier appointed by the same).
  • Unfortunately, our couriers do not allow insured shipping for glass, ceramics and terracotta, so it is not possible to make insured standard shipment. If you prefer insured contact us and we will calculate custom quote at the best price available.
  • We are sorry, but payment on delivery is not possible.


For orders of weight/volume higher than normal standard shipments or for countries with which we do not have preferential rates with our courier, at the end of the order the shipment will not be available.

If you prefer to take care of the shipment, at the end of the order will always be available the pick up in store by your courier. We will prepare the goods, send you the details of size and weight and confirm to fix the withdrawal.

Shipping costs Italy:

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the end of the order based on weight, destination and order amount. For orders over € 350.00 the shipping cost is free, even if it consists of several packages. Delivery times for shipping by the courier once the package is collected are 2-5 working days if the products are available at our store.

Shipping costs Abroad:

• Shipping costs for foreign countries, which vary from country to country, are calculated based on the following data: place of destination of the goods and weight of the package. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the end of the order based on weight, destination and order amount. To check the shipping costs applied, see the relevant table at the bottom of the page. 


• In order to make our service more efficient, please check the packaging conditions at the time of delivery.
If the package is not perfectly intact, withdraw it with reserve, or next to the signature on the delivery note clearly affix the words "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE damaged package", after opening the package checked the goods, if broken, take some photos and send them by mail to:
If the package is severely damaged so as to have certainly also caused damage to the internal content, reject the goods clearly asking to always put on the bill the words "GOODS REJECTED damaged package".
Also check the exact correspondence of the number of packages.
Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly.
The invoice or bill, contained in the special pocket applied to the outside of the package must be kept as a valid document for the guarantee.

The company assumes no responsibility for packages not insured and/ or accepted without reservation.

Even the insured packages, without the acceptance of the WITH RESERVE package, will not be refunded or returned.
